Jeremiah Hackett

Jeremiah Hackett is an American therapist living in Amsterdam with his family. He is a licensed clinical social worker in Maine and New York. Before that he was a high school English and history teacher.

A social worker for 15 years with experience working in communities and residence programs, Jeremiah has worked exclusively with young men for the past eight years. Mostly between 18 and 32, his clients are given the space to talk about concerns connected to depression, substance use, anxiety, relationship problems, legal issues, and adjustment to new circumstances in life.

Now in the Netherlands, he is opening his practice to English-speaking professionals and students who are living abroad and looking for American-style therapy in their first language.
